Welcome to the nurses office.  I am not in my office during the summer, I will periodically check in.  I will be doing physicals on August 11th and 18th from 9am - 12noon.  The physicals are for new entrants and last minute sign-ups for sports.  Refer to the side menu for information and forms you may need.  If you have physicals or immunization records that need to be sent to the nurse, you can mail it to the Waterville Jr./Sr. Highschool nurse, Attn.
