RA I N B O W S P I R IT P R O G R A M

To build MPS community spirit we will begin having Cla s s C o l o r D a y the first Monday of each month. On this day please have your child wear their assigned grade level color (see below). We will also have an assembleyin the first Monday of each monthat 8:20 AM in the gymnasium. At the assembly, we will build our MPS community rainbow and sing a song. Our " R a i n b o w L e a d e r s" will be introduced and we will learn a little bit about them.

KINDERGARTEN ORANGE

FIRST GRADE YELLOW

SECOND GRADE GREEN

THIRD GRADE BLUE

FOURTH GRADE PURPLE

The PTA has purchased ribbons in all the MPS r a i n b o w colors. These will be available for students who are unable to and/or forget to wear their "g r a d e c o l o r" that day. Parents are welcome to attend each assembly. Please remember to wear your colors.

RA I N B O W L E A D E R S

Our R a i n b o w L e a d e r s will be two MPS students whose names were drawn from the "pot" at an earlier date. R a i n b o w L e a d e r s will consist of one student from grades K-2 and one student from grades 3-5. The R a i n b o w L e a d e r s will be introduced at the assembly and will answer a few questions about themselves. The R a i n b o w L e a d e r s will also be recognized at the end of each month at the Waterville Central School Board meeting.
