In March of 2006, three Waterville delegates Rusty, Tony and Olin as well as two New Hartford delegates, Stephanie and Christine traveled via Amtrak for the Model United Nations National conference and the United Nations building in New York City. The students were given a tour of the UN building as well as having the honor of using some of the conference rooms for debate towards the end of the four day conference. 

After working hard in committee, the delegates were also able to visit Greenwich Village and see the Mel Brook's Broadway hit: The Producers.
